All was explained along the way and all questions answered. The installation was completed on the day scheduled and all install, function, and maintenance parameters were explained. Great follow-up. Now that the system has been working for several weeks, we have confirmed the benefits of that softened water in bathing, laundry, and dishes as well as having great tasting purified water."

G. H. Mechanical called the manufacturer, and with their input, was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Regarding cost: I paid about $250. I think Ovi was here about 2 hours â maybe more â partly because he was on hold with the manufacturer for quite a while. Based on the info on Home Advisor's "How much does a plumber cost" page, I'd say that's very reasonable. Definitely worth it to me in any case!"
