"The work went well from beginning to end. Emilio contacted us right away to set up a meeting for an estimate. The estimate was a fair price, and Emilio took the time to explain everything from pricing to possible problems (which did not occur). They refinished the floors in three rooms of our house and applied a clear sealant. The floors are beautiful and the house was left in excellent order -- pretty much dust free and clean.
