Dean and his team refinished hardwood on the first floor and installed new hardwood floors on 2nd floor and redid the stairs and installed new balusters and newel posts. Dean took time to understand the look I was going for and made recommendations where needed and provided options. Work was excellent and a great price. The communication was great throughout the process. I highly recommend hiring Dean.

Project scope: refinish wood floor in short timeframe prior to moving in to an older home. Dean and his team were punctual each day, set up well to contain the dust from sanding, communicating progress and challenges and set us up for success on move in day. Dean and his guys are very nice, honest and caring. Totally respectful and offer an excellent professional service When I started interviewing companies to hire, I was concerned about me baseboards and stairwell spindles revealing the original floor dark stain , when we chose a lighter tone. Dean gave the confidence and his guys did an excellent job sanding the edges and spindles. Today you would never guess the floors were a dark tone. We canâ t be anymore pleased with the outcome. They did a fantastic job. I had several layers of flooring beneath, and I was unaware. I got an excellent explanation, and the work was done correctly. It was done efficiently and right. I had a 3rd party oversee the work after the job was complete, and he said it was done with precision. I will be using them again. Elite custom flooring & painting is worth every penny. Their workers are friendly and professional.
