His first job was sanding the Manheim Central High School Gymnasium, which took him one month to complete! Ron was a hard worker and talented at his craft. Before long, he brought employees into his company, and over the years, he earned a stellar reputation. Now Ron's grandson Riley has taken over the business and plans to carry on his grandfather's legacy throughout Central Pennsylvania. Flooring is in Riley’s blood!
