Most companies did not return my calls. One did respond but never showed up to start work. The JA Drywall owner came to our initial appointment on time, evaluated the job and gave us a reasonable and fair estimate. The work crew then came on time and worked really hard for two days to repair the chimney. At each stage they kept us informed of progress. They are very skillful. One example, they came to the rescue of the bad quality decorative columns that we ordered from a Canadian company, elitetrimworks.com. The bad quality panels were thrown out by us and replaced with real wood panels crafted by them. The end result was fantastic. Very happy with the results."
