She said it would cost $60 for someone to come to my home and give me an estimate and that I would have three options to choose from - "Good, Better and Best", I would choose one of the options and it would then be installed on the spot. I asked her what happens if I decide to not use them, she stated that I would then just pay the $60 fee and we would part ways. That makes absolutely NO sense to me. I'm sure I can find another company that will be willing to at least give me a ballpark number for a service like this over the phone."
