"The sewer pipe was cracked where it exited the basement wall. Ross and Andy responded quickly to my call. They reviewed the problem and gave me an estimate (costly, but fair) that they held to. They actually were able to do the work earlier than originally scheduled. They and their crew arrived early and completed the work expertly. Our soil is so clay impacted that they had to use a jackhammer to dig down to expose the sewer pipe. Ross also replaced our kitchen sink drainpipe. It was child's play for him. I give Paradigm Plumbing my highest rating."

They showed up on time for both the bid appointment and job appointment. They did an excellent job and less time and for WAY less money than I would have thought possible. "Zoom Drain was great !! Everything was explained by Rob on Friday when he came out. Service was provided the day we called due to hearing gurgleing in the kitchen sink when the toilet was flushed. Rob found a blockage in the drain box outside our house which he cleared. On Sunday we found that we were still having some brief water backup into our basement laundry tub when the bathroom toilet was flushed, Kyle came out that afternoon and determined that part of the issue was that the Municipal Sanitary Drain was running slow. Kyle even pulled the Municipal Manhole cover in the street to confirm that the water level was much higher than expected. He spent the time to make sure our drain was as clear as possible and even called our local borough office to inform them that the Municipal drain seemed to have a blockage. We saw a truck on our street this morning and were informed that a large grease plug was found in the municipal drain on the street next to ours. They cleared it on Sunday night and were checking the line upstream from where the plug was to make sure everything was clear. Thank You Kyle. Thank you Zoom Drain Norristown. Highly recommended !!"

"Yesterday was one of the worst snow storms of the year.  
Then sometime during last night, our heater stopped working.  When we noticed it at 5:30am today, called Christian Heating and A/C and spoke with a LIVE operator. She said they would get the message at 8:00am.  Brian called back at 8:30.  He said someone would be out today between 9am-12noon.  The repairman, Charlie, called at 9:30 to say he would be here in 15 minutes, which he was.  It did not take him long to diagnose the problem, run for the part, and then install it.  He was done before 11:30!
Both Brian and Charlie were courteous and friendly.
I can't speak to the price, as I do not know what another company would have charged. 
(We also called another company.  Got a recording.  They called us back first, but could not guarantee anyone would be out until tomorrow.  So we got on their "list).
Had we had to wait until tomorrow, maybe pipes would have frozen and burst, and that would have been an additional expense and stressor!!!!
