Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! It took me weeks until I got to Jeff and WHIAH, so many people gave me the runaround, not following through even on a quote, suggesting absurd costs like $3K+ for labor. Why's it so hard to find someone honest, dependable, professional, and competent these days? As soon as I was in contact with Jeff, a huge weight came off my shoulders because I knew I was now in the right hands. Empathic, knowledgeable, patient and transparent... and fast! When they installed, they identified and rectified many mistakes made by the person who installed the last one 5 years ago. They thoroughly checked the work when done, even safety checks.
