"I'm a DIY guy in a 200 year old house. I investigated DIY spray foam to use in the basement on the underside of the first story floorboards. Then I had a vision of myself covered with foam and maybe finally getting the hang of spraying it correctly by the time the job was done. So I called in these guys. I could not be happier. R-value stands for resistance value and is a number assigned to insulation that states how good the insulation is at heat transference (insulation). The R-value of injection foam is around 4 which homeowners will be happy to know is actually quite good.
