"[Member Name Removed], Sorry you feel that way. We did come back and remove the wood for more air flow yes it took a while to come back, due to scheduling with the pandemic and less workers. I was under the impression the crew that did your job was drilling the holes as instructed. Until you removed the insulation we found they didn't so I said we would come back as we did. As for the broken window that was replaced. As for the leaky window nothing was ever said or we would have taken care of that when we were there to open the soffit more. I would really like you to call me this winter to tell me if the problem of your attic condensation is solved. With the rotted wall, we replaced due to moisture and bug damage. I still believe you will have a moisture problem. Maybe installing Bathroom fans, vented to the out side would help. Also spraying you stone chimney with sealer may help. Best of luck John"

If it is moving or buckling to much a lot of times it is a moisture problem Call me if you would like me to take a look I can take a moisture test to see if that's the problem. I believe it may be out of manufactures warranty. But I would be happy to go to bat for you. Thanks John"
