I had Javier check to see if I needed new underbelly insulation on our mobile home. I could not crawl under the trailer to see if this work was needed. He could have taken advantage of the situation, but said all I needed was two patches and ground cover. They actually installed three patches with no additional cost. Honesty, integrity and professionalism are key to this business.

When Mr. Magadan saw it was only a small area of damaged insulation in the crawlspace, he said he would come back next week and install a new piece for free. I told him I'd be more than happy to pay him, but he insisted he likes to give back when he can. A very nice gentleman. It was so encouraging to find an honest man, especially after one told us we needed a $1168 repair job. So glad I didn't hire him. He preys on Seniors.

Started out great, friendly, professional promised to clean everything up under the house. Lots of old insulation etc. wasn?t done. Then referred to a friend to take down the plywood who was a total jerk and rip-off. Told me he would cover up the foam with a wrap not done. Showed up demanding money and got nasty when pointed out job wasn?t done. Contract clearly states haul away old insulation and debris. Should have gone with name brand but like to give smaller companies a chance especially in this environment. His guys spoke Spanish and didn?t know I understood and don?t appreciate what they were saying.

On really hot summer days my attic temperature can exceed 110°+ with no problem. But that heat was being transferred to the bedrooms below and just about making the HVAC in the attic ineffectual. Home Advisor recommended Dixie's Insulation. I spoke to Mr. Magadon, and got a more than reasonable quote. Dixie's crew showed up early and within three hours were done. The thermostat temperature would normally read anywhere from 83° to 100° But after Dixieâ s Insulation, LLC. finished, I get readings in the 70° range. Dixie's got my wife and daughter to complain about it being cold. I would recommend Dixie's Insulation to anyone.

Javier who owns Dixie Insulation was very professional, and went out of his way to make me happy. I must admit, I'm very picky, but Javier's crue were punctual, and did a first class job. I had my old insulation taken away, and I went with the hard foam. There was hardly any smell, which I read, was because, it was properly mixed. I had one, or two small issues, in which Javier took care of them immediately. I highly recommend Dixie Insulation!
