He was very professional and helpful. He even trimmed some branches off of my house while on the roof and on top of that cleaned out my gutters, at no extra cost! "Windows are good. Work was sloppy. Still finding shards of glass on the floor and the furniture a week after completion. Caulking looks like a third grader did it- including caulking the screen door to the frame. For this type of investment, they should act like professionals."
