Do not hire!! I hired Keevill construction to remove an old kitchen/ bathroom addition and replace to with a two story addition with kitchen, bathroom, bar and laundry areas. Here is the summary: -I was told 2 months (started August 2022) and it was 8 months (May 2023) until it passed the final inspection with the borough. Unfortunately, we are still dealing with a roof leaking on the first and second floors in this new addition. -Inspections by the borough were difficult since John Keevill did not show up for the 90% of them. As the homeowner, I had to meet the inspector and take notes of the deficiencies. -The framing did not follow the architect s plan and did not pass the inspection. The architect had to be consulted for modifications to pass the inspection. Correctional work with additional support beams needed to be done. Where they did follow the plan, they only did so partially. For example, they put 1/2 the amount of anchors that the plan described. -I explained before construction that the sewer line went out the backyard where the new addition was planned. The foundation team cut the sewer line and we were forced to move out of our home. It took 6 weeks to get the plumber out to fix this. -The roof started to leak before the final inspection. The roofer came out 3 times over the summer to try to fix the leaks. I thought it was fixed until we had another storm. I finally paid another roofer to look at the roof. He stated the roof should have been a flat roof and was shingles. I was told the entire roof of the addition needed to be removed and replaced. I told this to John Keevill in September. In October, he told me he was working with another roofer and would take care of it. In November and December I continued to hear about a new roofer who was busy with work and the holidays. In December, I contacted a new roofer who gave me a quote for a new roof, new deck and new flashing around the windows and doors which leak on the first and second floors. John has had this quote and has not paid. John said his work was guaranteed for a year. The final inspection was in May 2023 and it is now March 2024. He has known about the roof leak since May 2023 and has known the roof needs to be replaced since September 2023- 6 months! -Lastly, I thought the electrical parts of the inspections would pass since I was told he was a master electrician. Yet, John did not do the work and had his son in law do it. It took several tries to pass this inspection and he did not show up for the inspector during these inspections. - John Keevill is a salesman who does not do the work, oversee the work or show up to inspections. Do not hire.

Customer service was on point and responsive. They delivered on the results we were looking for and for a reasonable price. Billy did great tile work.

John, Billy and Zach came out to repair damaged deck stairs and replaced weathered railing. John and the guys had refinished our basement and kitchen And work on our denâ ¦..needless to say the jobs were sheer perfection. The deck repair is flawless! Very sturdyâ ¦.we love these guys!! ð ð

Mr. Keevil and his assistant not only repaired a very damaged outlet, but they also told me what was the cause of the damage and how to fix it. They saved my house from an electrical fire.

John Keevil and his team are thoroughly professional. Provided an estimate for a number of small jobs (plus the big one - installing my Tesla charger). Their workmanship is second to none! Fantastic knowledge and capability. Whenever they came upon a minor roadblock, they took the time to work around it thoroughly, safely, professionally, not cutting any corners, and not padding the bill with overtime. Most highly recommended for electrical work.

They were great. I called them with a problem and they came the same day . They fixed the problem and the cost was very good. I would strongly recommend them

We hired John and his crew to completely remodel our kitchen. We had a huge transformation in mind and they completely blew us out of the water. They removed walls, installed a door, rewired the whole kitchen in addition to the typical cabinets, counter tops, flooring, and back splash. Our kitchen was a complete gut. Other than one window, nothing was left untouched. They even upgraded our entire electrical panel before starting the kitchen remodel. His crews showed up like clockwork each day, remained professional while on the job site, cleaned up EVERY day so we came home to a clean house, and communicated daily with progress. They are skilled craftsman and very knowledgeable. Their work ethic is like no other! We will be using them for all our future remodeling needs.

We recently hired John and his company to finish our basement. The project involved expanding a bathroom, adding a wet bar, tv entertainment center, bedroom/office, exercise area, and playroom space. I have used J.F. Keevill Construction, Inc. for my home repairs and remodeling for the 16 years I've lived in my house. John and his team completely renovated the master bath and master bedroom; completely renovated my kitchen including a redesign of cabinetry; repaired, painted and carpeted the third floor loft area including building 2 large closets joined by a window seat; repaired, painted and carpeted the 1st floor living and dining room; replaced and updated new lighting throughout the entire house. Additional work JF Keevill has completed for me includes replacing a large outdoor deck; installing a sump pump and remediated and waterproofing the basement. John is trustworthy, holds to his estimate and completely reliable. He gets in and finishes a job with no delays. He is a hands own owner who checks in regularly as work progresses. I count on him to provide options, suggestions and guidance on the work being done. Furthermore, he and his team treat my home like it was their own. They clean up at the end of every day and thoroughly at the end of the project. They are respectful and courteous and non intrusive. I would and do highly recommend JF Keevill.

The crew was amazing! Quick install on cabinets and did recess lighting in our kitchen in four days. Very easy to work with and very professional. I would hire them all over again!

Even if John is the first company youâ  ve looked at, hire them!! Heâ  s the first one we looked at and just by meeting and talking to him for the first time, youâ  ll know what I mean. We had our basement remodeled and they did a 20 star job! So, we wanted our kitchen remodeled and guess what....yes, we had John and his crew do it....always showed up on time, and I mean you could set your clock by them, trustworthy, professional awesome job!! If you go with someone else, youâ  re making a BiG mistake.....please, I implore you to hire John Keevill!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! Came out and completed the project quickly

My husband and I wanted our basement made into a Rec Room... called John... could not have made a better choice... honest, punctual, personable, professional... great crew of men... showed up on time every time... the job was always perfect, cleaned up the job site every day before going home... needless to say that he and his crew turned a very dreary ugly basement into a beautiful space that you just want to be in all the time. We are having our kitchen remodeled in June, needless to say we are of course having John do the job..

John Keevill Co. is a very high quality construction co. I had no working electric baseboard heater in the living rm. He called Sat.PM and arrived promptly Mon AM with the new unit. His friendly face & professional mannerism told me that he knew what he was doing. Once installed heat poured out. He and his asst. left the area meticulously clean. I would highly recommend the Keevill Construction Company.

Keevill Construction is a high quality contractor. Keevill Construction worked with Designs by Mitchell to completely redesign my kitchen. The results were amazing. In addition, we updated lighting throughout the house, installed hard wood floors, and installed tile in the laundry room. Total project was $90,000 and was done while I was in Phoenix, AZ. John Keevill acted as the general contractor and kept me appraised of their progress during the project. Most important is that the project was completed on time and within the budget. I will definitely hire Keevill Construction again when it is time to renovate our bathrooms. John Keevill is a rare gem in the land mines of construction!

John Keevil and his crew are the only choice for your project. Here is why: Honest: told me up front what my kitchen would cost. Promised to work until the job was completed. Both were spot on. Meticulous: every detail was taken care of. They worked hard to make sure that everything was perfect. The floors, the cabinet installation, the lighting, appliances, pantry, and painting were all done to exacting specifications. On time: every day like clockwork they show up on time and leave after a full day's work. Craftsmen: They are expert carpenters, plumbers, and painters. They are great electricians as well. Use them! Why go elsewhere? They are going to do my next project. I will update after that is completed.
