"We needed our chimney cleaned, since it hadn't been cleaned in the year and a half since we moved into the house. Alliance gave us a reasonable price, and were friendly and professional when they arrived. Though the chimney had supposedly been cleaned before we moved in, they said it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. So I believe they did a thorough inspection and trust that they cleaned it out as needed. We plan on continuing to use Alliance for our chimney cleaning."

Chuck is a very nice down to earth guy and went above and beyond in helping us with a issue unrelated to the work he was doing for us with our fireplace. Their pricing was very reasonable and quality of workmanship was great. The installation was one day and they prepared the area covering all furniture around their work area. They also cleaned up very well. Unfortunately beings we just had this done recently and we are well into Spring weather we cant try out this new addition out until Fall. We do feel very comfortable that this liner system will keep our home much safer we have fires and should eliminate water coming in when it rains. "Nestor and his colleague did a great job. I had some water damage at the base of the chimney that I repaired, but needed the stucco replaced. When Nestor first came out to look at the project, he did a thorough walk through and asked good questions. I just happened to mention I also had a leak near the chimney on the roof, and he didn't hesitate to grab a ladder and climb up there to look at it. They did the work over a weekend, and were very polite and professional the whole time. They did a great job with the stucco, and were careful to not disturb any of the landscaping around the chimney. Overall, communication was good and scheduling was easy. I definitely recommend Nestor and his company."

Phil and Brooklyn showed up right on time, were very professional, worked for 8 hours straight with normal breaks and kept the area as clean as possible as they went.
