"He came the next day and in less then 10 minutes found the problem and fixed it! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would use his service again!"

"Project: Service Central Vac System Our 20-year old central vac system was barely working when we put in a request to Home Advisor. Tony, the owner of the company, called minutes later and offered a very reasonable service call fee and we made an appointment. Tony arrived on time. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, examining the vac system and explaining what needed to be done. He was able to quickly use his system to clear all of the vac outlets of major clogs. Our 20-year old vac unit was very dirty and badly in need of cleaning and servicing. Tony removed the unit and serviced it in his shop Two days later he came out to quickly reinstall the unit. He had worked wonders! The unit looked sparkling clean and when we tried out the system we were absolutely delighted with the result. The suction seemed better than when the unit was new! Did I mention that Tony did all of this quickly and for a very reasonable price? We would highly recommend this excellent company."

"Prompt response to my phone call and scheduled service in a short amount of time. Came and completed repair and discussed what he found with me as well as fixing a problem that had come up earlier that day that he wasn't scheduled to do. Very friendly and professional. Will continue using them when the need arises."

Breathe Cleaner Air! \nOff season rates are now in affect. Call to schedule a free in home estimate. \n\nThe air we breathe affects our health. In recent years, as we become more health conscious, increased attention has been focused on the quality of air in the indoor environment. As air continually passes through your duct, the heavier dirt and dust particles settle to the bottom and accumulate. This dirt, dust and dander become the food that micro-organisms and dust mites need to grow and live. Combine that with a cool moist environment and it's easy to understand why this is the idea breeding ground for microscopic pests. \n\nCleaning the ductwork is best performed with our "power-vac" truck, and pneumatic brush, or air whip system. Vacuum alone won't clean your ducts It takes agitation as well. The whips and brushes loosen or "scrub" the dirt off and allow it to be drawn out of the house and into the trucks filters outside of the home. This method of cleaning is known as the "push/pull" method and is widely accepted as the correct means of cleaning a duct system. Think about your car, if air blowing across it were enough to keep it clean, it would never need washing.\n\n\nYou can trust that the skills and knowledge to service your needs can be found here. I do not use subcontractors. All work is performed in house by a team of trained professionals. Whether it's air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, video inspection, or central vacuum servicing, you can count on us to get the job done right, and for a fair price. With no surprises, and no "up selling" from our tech's.\n\nSincerely,\n \nMatthew Cunningham\nOwner: Modern Environmental L.L.C.\n\n"It was a pleasure meeting you. You did an excellent job explaining your procedure, addressing my questions, and completing the service. I would definitely recommend you others..." --Lindsay Urban, Philadelphia\n

"I picked them out online because my waste management company was too expensive to have two things hauled away. We communicated via text right away their price was very reasonable and they were there that afternoon. Their employees came up to the door and let me know that the job was done. I was very pleased and will use them again"
