Tony, the owner of the company, called minutes later and offered a very reasonable service call fee and we made an appointment. Tony arrived on time. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, examining the vac system and explaining what needed to be done. He was able to quickly use his system to clear all of the vac outlets of major clogs. Our 20-year old vac unit was very dirty and badly in need of cleaning and servicing. Tony removed the unit and serviced it in his shop Two days later he came out to quickly reinstall the unit. He had worked wonders! The unit looked sparkling clean and when we tried out the system we were absolutely delighted with the result. The suction seemed better than when the unit was new!
