Central Vacuum Repair or Service
I recently hired Costantino Cleaning Services because my central vacuum hose was deteriorating and needed to be replaced. I realized that I knew nothing about the system I was currently using. I moved into this house with all this vacuum equipment and no knowledge about any of it. Tony explained the difference between the two different styles and the pros and cons of each. He was knowledgeable and a patient teacher. He set me up with an appointment asap since it was right before the holidays and was able to clean out the whole system and get me the new parts that I needed. They arrived the next day and what a difference this new vacuum makes with my carpets!! He followed up with me and made sure that I understood how to work the new adapters since it was a different type than I had before. I would highly recommend Tony.

They called me very quickly after I contacted them through Home Advisor. Tony, the owner, answered all my questions. He arrived on time, made some suggestions, but did not try to sell extra services like so many other places. Our carpet looks amazing and you can t beat their price! You should check them out. Will be using them again for our other rooms.

The quality and workmanship were terrible, not honest and truthful, Constantino used a bait and switch tactic. I would not recommend to anyone, please do not waste your money find another company. HomeAdvisor should have screened this company. Thank you, Elizabeth.

"First I would like to say I never met Elizabeth. I dealt with Vince. I quoted a price when I finished measuring the rooms. Vince argued with me over my measurements. I suggested deep scrubbing. The carpets were BROWN FROM CIGARETTE SMOKE. We settled on a price and took our time. We spent an extra hour working on the carpets because of their condition. They came out great and he was happy with the results and signed off on the work order. Pricing was up front. I dont know what we baited and switched.
