"My situation was interesting, I was looking to have a significant dip (1.5"drop towards basement door) in my kitchen floor leveled and new hardwood installed. Riverview was very professional to work with and understood my issue. They quoted quickly and worked with materials that I had to purchase separately due to a discontinuation from my original hardwood manufacturer. "The group that came were very nice and polite. They got right to work and had a game plan to do as much as they could with the 2 hours I purchased. Unfortunately for them, the power was turned off early, so they had to work in the non-AC house without power for vacuums and the like. They STILL knocked it out of the park. They swept everything up, cleaned windows, cleaned baseboards, cleaned sinks, bathroom top to bottom, tub, the toilets, scrubbed down the kitchen, cleaned out the fridge, mopped floors, and even worked nearly an extra hour to make up for the loss of power. They did a great job and I was very pleased with results. I will be calling these guys out to my new house to do work in the future."
