We have a company policy of only installing materials we sell and recommend everyone has the company that they purchased flooring from install it. This is for your protection. I have seen instances where a 2nd company does the installation, later finding out the material is defective. The seller has blamed the installer and the installer blames the material. The homeowner is stuck in the middle with 2 sides disagreeing and no resolution. If one company handles all aspects there is only 1 person responsible for the product and installation. This makes for a much better resolution. Our policy is not for insurance purposes, it is for us to be able to control the complete process. If something goes wrong we own it and are responsible. We can go back to our supplier and have this handled. I hope this helps clarify our company policy. If the company will not install their product there are installation companies out there.
