They cleaned up nicely too. And the results were like a brand new front step without any evidence that repairs were done. I called them twice to explain the situation and they said they would send someone to look at the problem. He returned our first call immediately, set an appointment, showed up on time, provided an estimate (which was what we paid), and provided a tentative job completion date which he later confirmed. He And two others showed up as arranged. They did a plaster hard coat for us and the finish was perfect. As important was the cleanup afterwards.
