I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. "It was an easy fix. Provider came out at 7PM on a Friday night. It was a simple matter of adjusting the gas valve on the water tank, with instruction to put vents on the closet doors where the unit was housed. Although I questioned the service tech about a new water  heater, he assured me it was not necessary.  I know of other companies who would have jumped on that opportunity to make an unnecessary sale, so I can't say enough how much I appreciated the honesty!
