"Working with Ellen Marquardt was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She asked thoughtful questions to truly understand how we wanted to use the space, and her visuals—floorplans and 3D renderings—made decision-making easy and stress-free. Her deep knowledge and clear explanations of the “why” behind each design choice gave us total confidence in the process. Highly recommend!"

"Gary Miller is awesome he did exactly what we wanted he had all the answers we used them a second time and he will be our number one guy to go to for any kind of inspections of structural housing thank you so much I love Angi's list"

"We absolutely LOVE the work Cullen and his team has done for us, we emphatically recommend them. We got multiple quotes on our projects and Cullen by far gave us the best value and the work they do is very high quality. Over the years Cullen has hauled dirt from our yard, removed stumps, planted hydro seed, installed landscaping in our front and back yards, built stone stairs for our entry, installed walkways, installed our back patio and steps, installed a paver driveway, installed mailbox columns, weekly lawn mowing, and installed lighting throughout our front and back yard. We were very pleased with each project he’s done for us and that’s why we continue to keep going back to him. Cullen is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions very thoroughly. Definitely a great company!"

"Jim Pappas is an architect with decades of experience. He developed a beautiful custom house plan for us but we decided to go with a different plan that was more affordable for us. He was professional, quick to respond and took the time to meet with us at the building site. I highly recommend him for your custom home design."

"On time, knowledgeable, willing to work toward your needs"

"Adam Graswick, the owner, is knowledgeable in what he does. He was very responsive to questions or needs we had about our yard. We could always count on them to mow our yard on our scheduled day. They also performed mulching as well as installed new landscaping to our front and back, replacing old overgrown shrubs. We just moved from the area, but would highly recommend The Grounds Guys of Wexford for all of your lawn and landscaping needs. A+"
