Unique Contractor did a fantastic job on my project. They were the first to respond to the project I posted and they gave me an incredibly reasonable estimate. The customer service was exemplary and I couldn’t be more pleased with the finished project.

I gave this company five stars as I am so completely satisfied with their work. Martin is a true professional. The drywall was patched, the walls and ceiling were painted, new light fixtures were installed and the vanity mirrors were rehung. All of this was done with care and attention to detail. In highly recommend this company.

Called prior to arrival and on time. Very clean, took his shoes off outside prior to entering the home. Laid down cloth prior to working. He did meticulous work, very neat and exacting. Cleaned up when done, you would never know anyone was here. He was Excellent.

Martin and Ofelia are wonderful contractors. They are honest, dependable and super hard-working. I've hired them multiple times over the past 3 years to help me with apartment turn-overs, repairs and renovations. Ofelia is the "interface" -- she gives the estimates, billing information and work completion timelines. She will reach out if there are questions or choices that have to be made. Martin is the "talent" -- he has an incredible range of skills for both interior and exterior work. Those talents include drywall, painting, floor tile replacement, doorway frame/door/window/ stairwell and cabinet repairs, light fixture installation, lock replacement, wood floor repairs, window blind installation, metal railing repair, brick and cement work, and more. I was impressed during a recent turnover with Martin's sheer "artistry," and high standard of craft. We had a pipe leak emergency that required the plumber to power-saw through white, bathroom floor "subway" tiles to get to the pipes -- this created a large, gaping, irregular hole. I hated to lose an entire bathroom floor of these classic subway tiles, which were decades old. After shoring up the floor support, Martin was able to hunt down and nearly match these long-discontinued tiles, and then seamlessly cement them into what had been an impossibly jagged, uneven hole. I've also appreciated Martin's ability to improvise with materials at hand. After removing some old carpeting, we discovered that the floor underneath had multiple holes and indentations. Martin was able to use floor cement, wood and metal pieces to "even out" the floor so that new carpeting could be properly installed on a flat, even surface. Ofelia sometimes joins Martin (and helpers) on these projects. Her skills are top-notch as well. It should also be noted that they are meticulous in their clean-up of dust, dirt, materials, etc., which reassures tenants that we both respect their space, and appreciate their cooperation.

Martin is the best! He has done several jobs for me, including remodeling, drywall repair, plumbing, and electrical. He is very knowledgeable. Martin takes pride in his work. He does things the right way, not the easy way. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with his work before he’d move on. His prices are very reasonable. Martin was on time each day. He did an excellent drywall/paint job on the walk-in closet. The disaster company found the pinhole water leak in the wall behind a stud. He also replaced the 8’x7’ carpet pad and tack down the carpet. We were please with his work and price and referred him to my son for a quote on his ceiling and staircase. Picture below show disaster co tear out and day one of drywall drying. He also helps me move a heavy dresser back into closet.

Martin is a perfectionist and his work was flawless. Extremely pleased with the room, it looks like it was new construction! Great attention to detail and somebody who genuinely cares about his work!

Martin was very professional and did a great job installing the wood paneling and molding in my basement family room. He did a couple of other small jobs for me while he was there and all of them were done with care and precision. I would definitely hire him again.

Martin turned our unfinished room and bathroom and into a finished guest room and awesome bathroom. Out of all the contractors we dealt with renovating a house, Martin was the best. Price was reasonable, and the work was very professional. He worked consistently for 3 weeks sometimes with 2 helpers to repair and finish my 2 rooms. He cleaned up after himself everyday and after the project. We paid for only his labor, material was on us. He was so easy to work with, and we hope to see him come back to do other projects for us.
