At 12 years old, Randall, Harold's son, began learning the trade while accompanying his father on service calls. When Harold retired in 1981, Randall and business partner Meade H. Hahn II, changed the name to Thermotech, Inc. Randall K. Moore became the single owner in 2005 when Meade retired. With his wife Nancy Moore, daughter Lesli Deppen, and son Chris Moore, Randy began running the company to carry on the family legacy.
