I usually change my own oil, but I had a Groupon for Sears. It was cheaply done. I was happy with the price. It didn't take long to get the appointment set up, however it took over two hours to get the oil changed. Even with an appointment time, I still had to wait. I know it doesn't take that long to get an oil changed. They must have overbooked. If I got a deal on the oil change, I would use them again. However, I wouldn't pay full price for one.
