When my 21-year old oil furnace needed replace, I contacted Paul after a friend's recommendation. He was prompt and professional. I couldn't get off work the day of the installation so Paul and his help worked alone in my home. He kept me updated by phone on his progress. When I returned home,the furnace was working and the house was warm. He cleaned up after himself - not a speck of dirt anywhere. Since the install, Paul has contacted me twice to confirm that everything was working and I was satisfied. I am very pleased with Paul's work and recommend him to anyone who needs a heating expert.

I'm glad he came out on a Sunday. My mother is elderly and she had to have heat. The price charged was the same as if it had been on a weekday. How many local guys would work on a Sunday?

It was very excellent, I can call this guy on a Sunday at six o'clock in the morning and he would show up, he is very responsive and friendly, he is totally committed to me.
