"Called Rick Adams Monday 10/20/15 as I remembered his name from a year ago when I was quoting a different roofing job, yet oddly, somewhat related. Anyway, he called me back next day (Tuesday - 10/21/25), said he would try to make it out once heavy rain moved through. He arrived at 3pm, looked at my situation, clogged downspout where spout meets main front roof gutter. Well, he asked what I wanted him to do. We talked it over and within a few minutes, had a plan. His normal supply source didn’t have the gutter guard type I was looking for (one fine enough to not allow most shingle grit through) so I told him I was looking at some at Lowes, showed him the one, he said he could do it same day, he ran to Lowes, got the guards, was back at my house by 4:30, and had the downspout unclogged, gutter end cap sealed/caulked, and stainless steel micro mesh guards installed across about 25’ of gutter about 1 hr. Folks, this is great service, no fluff talk, Rick is the real deal. Will use again."

"I will start off with the initial dealing with MHI Roofing in Bethel Park PA. Our Condo Community had all the roofs on 6 buildings of total 39 units re shingled in June of 2024 to the tune of nearly $140,000. They were fast and efficient. However, a few weeks down the road we had some issues with items that should have been done as requested. Called the Site Supervisor, Cam Kinnee, submitted the service request, and it took over a month to get this service done and completed. A few weeks later, we had heavy winds and a flue cap blow off, mind you, these flue caps were original from 1974 and were in horrible shape. They should have been replaced, but MHI just painted the old ones. So, I contact Cam Kinnee again, he schedules service, this took another month to get this taken care of, or so I thought. Fast forward to January 2025, some winds blew another flue cap off, I contacted Cam Kinnee once more, he was unable to do anything, as he was in a training class. During my wait for him to return my message from Jan 22, 2025 to Feb 3, 2025. Still not service on the first flue cap by the way!... March 11, 2025 another flue cap on another unit had blown off. I contacted Cam once again, he said he would let his office know. I get a response from Cam informing me that he no longer works for MHI Roofing. Since then I have called MHI numbers about 20 times at MHI Office in Mt Lebanon, I have left messages, no returned calls, no one answers the phone... I am so frustrated with MHI. If you plan to use this company... Please reconsider... Once they have your money they do not service their work! Very disappointed! BEWARE OF MHI!!"
