"He did a job for us before which was adequate and I would recommend him for that. I asked him for a quote. I gave him a deposit. He said it's starting to get cold so he said he'll do it in April. I asked to get my deposit and told him I'll give him the deposit again once he started the job. We spoke February and he said he will start the job first week of April but he's not responding. UPDATE: After many calls he did give me my refund. He said he would still fix the problem, But we still haven't heard from him."
