After comparing estimates from 4 different roofers, we confidently chose Duane Mainardi Builders to complete our roof replacement. We are very happy with our decision and would recommend them to anyone in need. Duane's guys took very good care of our property and completed our full replacement on the house and shed in about 6 hours. Pricing was competitive and reasonable. Quality and workmanship were great. We recently had to have extensive work done to find and repair a roof leak. Duane Mainardi Builders did an exceptional job identifying the source of the leak and all the damage that it had caused. Their crew of Kyle and Ricky are extreme professionals and ensured that the repair work was done correctly. They updated us daily with what they had found and reviewed with us the fix that they were implementing. They keep us well informed and when finished did a through review of what they had done. During the repair they also answered all our questions we had. I highly recommend them for any work your hose my need in the future.

Because of the current state of our society due to the COVID-19 it was hard for me to imagine that I would receive such GREAT results with social distancing and other measures we must follow to stay healthy. I recently had storm damage on the back of my home that resulted in approximately 20% of the siding being ripped off. The stress of trying to find a reliable contractor to do the repairs is always scary when things are normal, but I must be one of the luckiest people on earth because I reliability in Duane Mainardi. Not only was the work done to absolute perfection, but the precautions to keep everyone safe, the workmanship, the communication, and flexibility was outstanding. Duane was in constant communication with me on problems and adjustments that had to be made during the entire project. We all know that once you start taking apart a 30 year old home, you will find surprises that can be stressful. The beauty of this contractor is that he never painted a grim picture and always provided a solution that was detailed, made sense and offered me the security that any underlying issues would be fixed. His on-site project manager came with skills to address my vision. Dobson took control of the site and brought great ideas based on the current state of my home and his vast experience and commitment to customer satisfaction. Mid-stream into the project, we decided that a frame around a window was not exactly how we had pictured it. This was after the siding had been completed on that side of the house however, even though there was going to be a fair amount of work to remove the siding and frame the window the way we wanted it, Dobson did not hesitate to accommodate our vision. Each day the work area was cleaned and safe enough to let my dog and family enjoy the front and backyards. The end result of his efforts are nothing less than stellar! Duane Mainardi Builders transformed my home into a structure that you would think was built no more than a year or two ago and is by far now one of the best looking homes in our development. I have had numerous neighbors and even realtors come by, compliment and ask for Duane’s contact information. There are no regrets here and I would not hesitate to hire Duane again or recommend to anyone who is looking for quality work. I spoke with Duane on the phone this past weekend. To save both of our times, I sent him pictures of different areas of my roof that needed new shingles. He shared really helpful advice on not replacing my fascia until I'm ready to replace my whole roof and how to effectively patch up missing shingles. Despite not receiving my business, Duane was more than willing to share his expertise and guidance for how to best approach my roofing issues. When I do make the investment to replace my roof, I will highly consider hiring him as he is very knowledgeable and seems like standup guy.

Very well! I was extremely pleased with the workmanship and the time it took to complete the job. Working with Duane and his men was a pleasant experience. He answered all my calls and texts within minutes (which is extremely rare with contractors). His prices were very fair and his office staff was great to work with. I was especially impressed with the workers. They showed up everyday 7:30 a.m. and worked through till 6:00 everyday until the job was done. They were hard working, friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable and talented. You can’t ask for more than that.

Duane was the absolute best. His price was comparable to a number of other quotes we received, but we were getting way more work done for the value. We also ran into a lot of unforeseen circumstances and problems in the middle of the project, and his team easily handled them for us. They did everything they could to get the job done the right way, and one time. The whole things still only took one day! He brought a double crew to ensure that would happen. Duane also worked with me extensively to develop the best possible financing option for our family. I am so happy I went with him and his team.

Duane's people replaced the roof and all rotten wood, then then put siding and capping on the shed to match the house which they had done earlier. They put capping at the window to stop any future leakage. Everything went great and it looks like a totally new shed. for less than it would of cost me to tear it down and buy a new one.

Duane Mainardi Builders recently completed a major project at my house and the results seem terrific. Obviously, a new roof, gutters and siding are meant to last for many years and it’s only been a few weeks, but we are very happy with results. As our friend and next door neighbor said, “It looks like a new house.” I did a lot of research and talked to several contractors before choosing DMB and suggest other consumers do the same. Duane, his family, staff and crews were great to deal with and they were patient with my many questions before and during the process. The written estimates were excellent, including the elements that were uncertain, such as how many sheets of plywood might have to be replaced and how that cost would be calculated. Duane’s willingness to discuss such contingencies ahead of time was one of several factors in why I decided to trust him to do the job well. I certainly will recommend him and his company to friends.

They responded promptly and professionally to our request to estimate the damage done by the storm . Their quote was clear and precise. The workers were efficient and thorough and cleaned the entire area thoroughly. The job was completed in a timely fashion and completed the job as estimated. His crew was on time, prepped our lawn area, explained the steps and how long the job would take. Not only we’re they quick, but they cleaned up our entire front & backyard. Other than the dumpster in the street you would never know our entire roof was ripped off hours before. I definitely would recommend Duane & his crew for your next roofing job!!!

Called the office and spoke with Duane. He was very professional and honest, and informed us that installing an attic fan when we already have a roof ridge vent is not recommended. We actually already had the electricians here to do their part but ended up cancelling the whole project and will instead be cleaning the soffits. Based off of this interaction, if/when we are in need of some roof work, I will definitely be calling this company.

We have used Duane Mainardi Builders twice (for roof replacement and then again for repair of storm damage) . Both times we were very impressed with the value, quality of work and responsiveness. Customer service was outstanding and overall this was a great company to work with. We highly recommend this company!

I needed an entire new roof, the roof was dirty, shingles were curling and in some spots my shingles were missing altogether. Duane was great. I read reviews on Angie’s list and decided to give him a call. He came out a few days later to make an initial assessment of my roof and gave me a quote immediately. When he arrived he came with a sample book of shingles to choose from as well as a packet of information including copies of licenses, insurance and about 20 pages worth of references. Being a businessman myself this definitely impressed me. I called a few of his references and they had nothing but great things to say about him. We scheduled a time and date for the work to begin, but Mother Nature just wouldn’t cooperate with us. Due to the rain we had to reschedule a few times, but Duane ALWAYS stayed on top of it. He would always communicate ahead of time to keep you updated on the weather forecast and let you whether or not the job would need to be rescheduled. I always felt that I knew what was happening and could plan my work schedule accordingly. Duane stated that his team would be at my house to start the work at 7am and the job would be completed within 1 day and that’s exactly what happened. They were punctual, efficient and all very professional. The new roof and skylights look great and I couldn’t be happier. Overall it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend him.

It looks good. The work was done in one day. They came at 7 AM and put tarps everywhere so no shrubbery was damaged, they finished around 5 PM. They had a crew that came out with a dumpster for all the debris and they cleaned up everything, not a single loose shingle or nail. Also, when I was getting several quotes from different builders, I actually recorded each interview, with their permission, so that I could look back at all my questions to compare it with the contract and this was the company I went with. They're good roofers.

Crew arrived at 6:30 AM to start and removed the old shingles and some roof decking. Replaced 30 square of roof, three sky lights and cleaned up the area by 4:00 PM. Except for a small amount of shingle grit and a few nails ( believe that it was forgotten when sweeping up). Overall the job was done professionally and with the minimum of inconvenience to us.

Duane made the whole process very simple. When he showed-up to give me an estimate (on time), he walked through my options and gave me a fair price. There was no hard-sell. When his crew came out to do the job they arrived on time and were able to complete my house in one day. The crew was very professional - they worked hard and did a beautiful job. Very pleasant experience. Duane took his time and handled our job as if we were friends of the family. He came over our home twice and gave honest advice. His guys showed up on time both days, did an excellent job on our roof, and left no mess/broken items behind. Would recommend Duane to anyone in need of a roof/siding. What you see is what you will get. And that's a good thing.

I would give Duane Mainardi Builders, LLC an A+++ rating. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work they performed. Not only did they have to remove two layers of shingles from my house, but they also had to replace 20 sheets of plywood that was damaged. The workers were great. They managed to get the roof done in less than a day. I was very impressed. The workers came out right on time, and they started working immediately. They also installed new gutters on my house. The roof and gutters look wonderful. Although I received estimates from other contractors, I found that the others were not honest with their quotes, and they did not give me their best price. One of the initial estimates that I received from another contractor was almost $4,000 higher. Every time I would say I was getting other estimates, they would lower their price, but when I contacted Duane Mainardi Builders, LLC their estimate was already lower than the others. I decided to go with Duane Mainardi Builders, LLC because they were honest and upfront with me from the start, and they came highly recommended by a friend. That was the best decision I made. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

the company responded to my urgent request as I noticed a shingle had fallen off the roof. I was afraid that I might come home to a leak in the ceiling, since I was going on vacation and was not certain if heavy rains were in the forecast.

He arrived on time and was able to immediately identify the cause of the problem, as well as several other issues with the roof. He clearly explained what needed to be done to fix the problems and why. He was able to provide me with a written estimate very quickly that was specific and detailed. It's easy to see that he knows his stuff and cares about doing the job right.
