This lures the termites away from the house and they carry poison back to their nest.Terminix also guarantees their work as a protection against future damage to the house.Fantastic and professional service. "I supposedly won their contest at the State College Home Show 2022 for $1200 certificate. Rep came out and knew nothing about giving me the prize I won. Should have seen this as red flag. Window and entry door replaced anyway. Like the window. BUT, the door has major air draft coming in down the side and across the bottom. Have been calling repeatedly for 2 months leaving multiple messages- no return call since back in October. Company sent me letter 11/30 and called me that evening trying to get me to hire them to do more work. Assured me they would send someone to correct problem with initial work. Still have not received phone call or service visit from anyone in this company. Don't enter their contests at Home shows- I think they use this as way to get into your home to sell you their company when you haven't really won anything. and don't hire them to do any work. They will not fix any problems!!"

Thankfully, I’ve come across Kish and she was able to exceed my expectations. She was very thorough throughout the entire process from start to finish and was extremely on point focusing on the details of the finishings I wanted. "Our HOA hired Gary Nolder to repair and renovate our 2BR 1BA unit that had succumbed to uneven flooring over the years and a flooded kitchen. From the start, Gary seemed perfect, attentive and detailed with great designs. However the second he received the money is when the problems. Coordinating with Gary became slower due to his frequent vacations and inability to get ahold of him several times over 3 months. We had to reach out to his subcontractors and he scolded us for doing this! The cardinal sin is that Gary's team either purposely choose to not level the flooring substrate by simply adding new subfloor on-top of the old structurally problematic base, which would have kept the problem unresolved! We and our HOA ended up breaking ties and cutting our losses with him, very sad because we lost countless weeks with him. We don't recommend Gary to anyone."
