I don't feel it was exorbitant. The insurance paid for it. The quality was fine. They were fairly responsive. I had a couple of minor qualms with them.

Very through. I have them on hold due to possible purchase of another property rather than remodel. But if I do the remodel, it will be with them.

This company and it's employees have been a pleasure to work with. They have kept me updated with the work, what is yet to be done, the cause of delays and generally what to expect. Their work appears to be top notch from my certainly less than expert point of view. I am, overall, quite pleased with them.
Something I thought could have been handled better:
I was asked to sign a contract that, among other things, outlined times and amounts of payments. $X upfront $X upon completion. No problem there. Unfortunately, I was later asked, before work had been completed, to pay a portion of the amount due upon completion. I am not sure why this was, but it struck me as unprofessional.

They are the only company I use. I recommend them to everyone. I'm so very happy. I haven't put the cost since I'm not sure of it. But I will say is worth every penny.
