"Bill and his team did a variety of home repair and improvement projects on my 40+ year home Fall 2024. We a couple months. These included: repairs : replacement of wood sub flooring/framing in basement ceiling/upstairs, covering outside side door concrete steps on slate,and cresting a new sidewalk to lead up to it, cleaning front of house stonework and putting protectant on it, building new short frame and drywall in order to replace old closet doors, dry walling and painting interior room and more. What impressed me most were the professionalism and expertise of Bill and his team in every way. Quotes were detailed, and multiple options were provided when needed. I was kept informed of daily schedules and progress, the contractors were skilled, meticulous and excellent with prep and cleanup. Personally, they were conscientious, diligent and trustworthy, as well as patient, friendly and kind, including with very curious twin five year olds there several afternoons a week."

Gave a great price for replacing the entire ceiling, cut out holes for existing recessed lighting, and replaced the drywall where my skylights had been replaced. "We have a Laundry room that also include a 1/2 bath. John was contracted to remodel both the laundry room and the 1/2 bathroom.

Overall, John and his team did a great job. They were highly responsive, adapted to minor changes that needed to be made to the plans after demo, and was excellent in communicating back to us with any questions or changes. Have had many bad experiences in the past where a contractor would just make a decision and go with it rather than run it by us to see if we are ok with the change. Refreshingly, that was not an issue with John.

If there was any minor issue we encountered, it would have been with the tidiness of some of the work. Structurally on point, but could have been cleaner on the finish. However, this was also not a point that my wife and I emphasized and this was for our laundry room, so it wasn't that big of a concern.

I would definitely recommend John to anyone and will probably be reaching out to him for other work that we are planning to have done to our home."

"I called and was able to quickly get an estimate and get the work scheduled right away. This was important as I was selling my house and needed to get the work done. The work to the structure under the porch was top notch and done quickly. The initial repairs done on the old windows was not done in a quality manner. But when I took photos and sent them to Luis he had someone out to fix the problems the very next day. In the end, the job done on the windows was acceptable, given the time constraints they were under. I would have like a little better quality on the windows, but as I said it was acceptable."
