"I will start off with the initial dealing with MHI Roofing in Bethel Park PA. Our Condo Community had all the roofs on 6 buildings of total 39 units re shingled in June of 2024 to the tune of nearly $140,000. They were fast and efficient. However, a few weeks down the road we had some issues with items that should have been done as requested. Called the Site Supervisor, Cam Kinnee, submitted the service request, and it took over a month to get this service done and completed. A few weeks later, we had heavy winds and a flue cap blow off, mind you, these flue caps were original from 1974 and were in horrible shape. They should have been replaced, but MHI just painted the old ones. So, I contact Cam Kinnee again, he schedules service, this took another month to get this taken care of, or so I thought. Fast forward to January 2025, some winds blew another flue cap off, I contacted Cam Kinnee once more, he was unable to do anything, as he was in a training class. During my wait for him to return my message from Jan 22, 2025 to Feb 3, 2025. Still not service on the first flue cap by the way!... March 11, 2025 another flue cap on another unit had blown off. I contacted Cam once again, he said he would let his office know. I get a response from Cam informing me that he no longer works for MHI Roofing. Since then I have called MHI numbers about 20 times at MHI Office in Mt Lebanon, I have left messages, no returned calls, no one answers the phone... I am so frustrated with MHI. If you plan to use this company... Please reconsider... Once they have your money they do not service their work! Very disappointed! BEWARE OF MHI!!"

He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair. Because of the water problem I experienced in the summer, I decided to have the entire room renovated - new floors, walls, ceiling, doors, etc. Nate and his crew were professional and efficient. "I hired this company to build an outdoor staircase with a wood handrail. I was told they have a three-week turnover time. Untrue. The person who bid the job also told me he would be the person doing the actual work. Also untrue. They farmed the project out to a subcontractor who. as I later found out, they had problems with in the past. The subcontractors were here a total of 3 hours a day, when they showed up at all. They built a set of crooked, uneven steps that did not start/stop where I requested. The handrail was set about 15" from the edge of the steps. It wobbled and was bowed in the middle. Eventually, Handyman connection sent a contractor down to fix the problems, but that was only after things got really ugly and an employee (Sarah) threatened to stop all construction at the site and leave me with a pile of materials in my yard, a gigantic mess, and no one to finish the project. Plus, I would have to pay the subcontractors, she said. I will NEVER hire Handyman Co again."
