I contacted John and he asked me about my schedule on Monday. He fit us in on Monday morning. I wasn't home but my wife was. She said that John was so nice that she assumed that he was a friend of mine. I told her that I never met him before. He fixed the air conditioner and I am relieved that it didn't cost us a ton and we avoided 85 degree heat with an air conditioner. I would use John again. He was dependable, came out with in 12 hours of being called, and my wife does not always comment on how nice someone is unless it is absolutely true. Thumbs up for John Mullen, I have just found a go to guy for everything!"

A problem arose that was not caused by them, but the AC had an issue and they stayed as long as it took to resolve it. Paul was a huge help during this and even followed up in the evening.
