"Called Seigmans Forced Air and explained that my regular HVAC company would not return my calls and my A/C was now down for three days. Seigman's sent a technician (Chris) within 4 hours. He diagnosed the problem and found that the fan motor in the condenser was bad. They had to order a new one and it arrived two days later. As soon as it arrived at Siegmans the service manager brought it to our house, as Chris was already here disassembling the condenser so the fan motor could be installed. Siegmans was responsive, professional and solved our problem quickly. They were also able to replace the fan motor and a capacitor under the manufacturer's warranty. I highly recommend this company."

"I AM LIVID WITH THEIR SERVICE. My husband and I have been living in our home 4 years without a single issue with our cooling system. We had UGI come out to "service" our system and said everything looked great....2 months later something with our compressor blew...that was $400. Then this morning, less than 30 days later, we apparently needed a brand new thermostat.....another $400 and guess what? MY HOUSE IS STILL NOT COOLING DOWN. So I called and said how it is absolutely ridiculous that there is still an issue especially after charging us to "fix" the thermostat. I am obviously frustrated. I work from home, its hot and I am pregnant with 4 pets in my home that are distressed from the rising heat and their customer service agent has the audacity to be BEYOND RUDE and tell me "to have a better day" as if it was MY FAULT...ok. It is very odd that ever since they came to "service" our central air system they've had to come back THREE TIMES and the system STILL NOT WORK. BEWARE!"

"The entire job was meticulously performed from start to finish. It involved a high precision stone cutting. This company has a very hard working crew. They are dedicated and very kind. They cleaned up the construction site every day before they left. The machinery were covered and all the tools were put away. Bryan came often to supervise the job and give instructions. He communicated with me before, during and after the entire process. Bryan is also a very good adviser, he had elegant architectural ideas. He helped me to chose the materials and recommended the right plants and shrubs for the landscaping. I have and I will continue to recommend this company to neighbors, friends and family. "They left a huge gap between the retaining wall and the concrete and wanted to charge an additional 500 to fix what should have been included in the 2655 price. They used my electricity and water and left the front door open and the lights on when they left. Would NEVER hire again."
