I think he ran into some issues he wasn't expecting but got the job done in a timely manner. Ben Franklin may not be the cheapest guys on the block, but their professionalism, quality of work, and the guarantee on their work make them well worth it. "From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher!
