Everything was done very professionally and efficiently from start to finish. All of the items were handled very carefully, and the logistics of the move were well thought-out. I had a mirror that was broken during transfer (that I wrapped myself), but Jacob took the price off the bill right away, no questions asked. We also booked the move last-minute (less than a week before), and they were able to accommodate us and answer all of our many questions despite it being their busy season!
