If anyone is Reading this review, please give The Electrical Company and Jacob a try. The rate was reasonable and the customer service was excellent. Thank you, Jacob! Boy…..did I miss judge this company. I have taken my 5 star review down to a 1. Very disappointing…..after a week my problem reoccurred. I rescheduled an appointment with Jacob; but Jacob never showed up. I called the next day to reschedule “again” ; but Jacob never picked up the call or returned my message. When it came time to do the demo in October, he and his crew were both friendly and professional, and cleaned up after themselves.
