They failed to show up for an appointment they scheduled with me. They didn't call to cancel or reschedule and didn't respond to the voicemail message I left for them about their failure to show up.

Called to ask a question and was more than helpful with the response. Although my need was not required by them, they were more than helpful. If in the future I have electrical needs I will definitely reach out to them. First impression, great customer service. Thank you from a grateful homeowner! Fast forward to today…..6/17/24 Well, I contacted Jacob today for an electrical need and he came promptly & fixed my issue. If anyone is Reading this review, please give The Electrical Company and Jacob a try. The rate was reasonable and the customer service was excellent. Thank you, Jacob! Boy…..did I miss judge this company. I have taken my 5 star review down to a 1. Very disappointing…..after a week my problem reoccurred. I rescheduled an appointment with Jacob; but Jacob never showed up. I called the next day to reschedule “again” ; but Jacob never picked up the call or returned my message. Very Poor Customer Service, Think about going elsewhere, very unreliable!

They were very professional and knowledgeable during the estimate walk thru. I was told I would get the estimate the next day but I didn’t hear from them. It’s now been 12 days and after multiple texts, phone calls, and emails, I have not heard back from them. Very disappointing because I was ready to hire them if the price was right. It’s just so unprofessional to blow off a potential client like that.
