His crew came in and worked it took one day for them to complete the roof. They were very careful in checking our property to make sure that everything was cleaned up. "I had a different contractor changing the profile of part of the roof of our house and they found that the existing rubber roof was not in good condition beyond the area they were scheduled to replace. That contractor allowed me a credit for the part they would have replaced and I contracted with Erie Custom Exteriors to put metal roofing on the whole house. Don was responsive on my need to get a quote and then to get the work done within a reasonable time because, while not an "emergency", part of my finish roofing had already been removed. The work went well and the attention to details was good. In addition to the metal roofing installation itself, they opened the roof to restore a broken/missing plumbing vent and also replaced a rusted kitchen exhaust vent. While they were not the lowest quote, I consider the quality of their work to be worth the difference."
