During the roof installation, Tom stayed in contact with me by phone to provide daily progress updates and scope of work updates. Since I live out of town, the communication provided during this entire process was absolutely necessary for me to get this done. That contractor allowed me a credit for the part they would have replaced and I contracted with Erie Custom Exteriors to put metal roofing on the whole house. Don was responsive on my need to get a quote and then to get the work done within a reasonable time because, while not an "emergency", part of my finish roofing had already been removed. The work went well and the attention to details was good. In addition to the metal roofing installation itself, they opened the roof to restore a broken/missing plumbing vent and also replaced a rusted kitchen exhaust vent. While they were not the lowest quote, I consider the quality of their work to be worth the difference."
