GREAT. Tom was super about keeping me informed cleanup was great. The Crew head was super as was the crew. All were professional and hard working.

I recently hired Tops Roofing & Remodeling to replace the roof on my mother's house in Erie, PA. She applied for financing which first required Tops to jump through a few hurdles to qualify as a contractor for that financing. Tom was thoroughly responsive to those requests for information from the lender and did so in a timely manner. During the roof installation, Tom stayed in contact with me by phone to provide daily progress updates and scope of work updates. Since I live out of town, the communication provided during this entire process was absolutely necessary for me to get this done. I needed a contractor who I could communicate with and trust that things were getting done the way we agreed to and thankfully that company is Tops Roofing and Remodel. We also appreciated the respect and professionalism of the crew and are happy with the finished product.

We had a large exterior remodeling job done on our home in late May/early June. The crews were professional and the outcome excellent. Tom paid attention to detail to insure we were happy with the finished results and we certainly are! Thank you Tom. Would highly recommend.

Excellent!!! They were professional courteous friendly respectful and did a wonderful job. They were here 1 day for the roof and completed the job next day with new gutters and chimney. Their clean up.was above and beyond what I expected.

Everything was done in two days during very hot weather, and the crew worked very hard.

They did a great job on the roof. Was done in a day and a half. Tom the owner was very responsive to everything and kept me up to date on what was going on.

We are extremely happy with Tom Corey and his crew. They replaced our roof in a day and a half and that included removing two layers of shingles and venting our bathroom vents outside. They were on time and worked very steadily to get the job completed. They cleaned up very well - we even saw one of the workers going on his hands and knees to look for nails that might have been left. We highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

An amazing team of guys worked tirelessly for 3 weeks until the project was finished. Our lives were disrupted because the kitchen is the heart of our home. Tops crew made the whole job easier to take . They were there each day 7:30-6:00 and cleaned up each night.

Any questions I had were fully answered and he supplied me with an extensive list of references. He also did not require a deposit but took payment at the completion of the job. We had a problem with one panel which was a manufacturing defect, and Tom made sure it was replaced. The crew was also professional and did a great job of cleaning up. We recently had a roof put on our deck and part of the main roof replaced. After speaking with three contractors we chose Tops Roofing and Remodeling. This was one of the best moves we have ever made. the owner spent all the time we needed explaining everything down to the last detail. He said they would not jump from job to job but would be here everyday until the job was done and they were. Everything was done in the time frame he said it would be and done to perfection. The workers were hard working, punctual and courteous. The entire area where they were working was swept, hosed off and spotless every day before they left. Five stars in every catagory!

Tops construction should be renamed to Top-notch Construction, Everything went well. Construction crews very cooperative, competent and friendly. Clean-up was very good with no surprises. We highly recommend.

Tom and his crew were a God sent!! These men battled terrible weather and dangerous conditions to help me and my family all before Christmas so that we could be safe and warm for the holiday. I have a few more things to get done in the spring but I couldn't be more grateful for their work and efforts. I would use them again in a heartbeat!!

The roof is pretty good. I would not give them 5 stars, but 4 stars, I guess. They weren?t very cheap, they were very expensive. They picked up, probably 80% of everything, there was stuff that I had to pick up myself. We had some problems with the roof, it is not a high pitch roof, it is a slanted roof, but it is very easy to walk around on. Near the edges, somehow it got kind of flatten out, water runs down the roof, then down fascia and when it to the bottom of the fascia it curves and drips towards the house and hits our windows. We never had this before.
They put ice guard on, but I don?t know if that was the problem or what.  

I did call them a couple of times last year & once just recently.  They say they will be there, will have to call you back to tell you exactly when we will be there, we are going to make an extra effort to get over there and see it, to let us know what they think. But, they never show up, they make promises. The roof came out pretty well overall!

We were really happy with every aspect of the service provided by Tops Roofing. It is really hard to find quality customer service like they provided. Excellent workmanship too. We had gotten three quotes and Tops was the best! We are completely satisfied and love our new roof! We highly recommend them.

It went really well. The initial quote came in slightly lower than another local company, and with their reputation I decided to go with Tops. Compared to the other companies I dealt with to get a quote, Tom was extremely responsive and professional. One of my gutters got damaged during the work, and they took care of it no problem. The new roof and soffit/fascia work looks great, I was very happy with the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend Tops and would use them again in the future.

We knew right away when we met Tom, owner of Tops Roofing & Remodeling, that he was very knowledgeable and concerned with details. He listened to what we wanted and was able to advise us on things. His price was higher than the others we talked with, but we knew we would get quality results. His crew was very polite and they cleaned up after themselves every day. Sam, the crew leader, took time to answer our questions through the process. Sam went over and above in all aspects along with the crew. They arrived timely and finished the job on time. Our house looks amazing and we would definitely hire Tops again if we need remodeling work done. Another plus is that Tom wouldn't take any money until the job was finished and sure we were happy with the work. We are very pleased and the entire process went extremely well. I contacted Tops Roofing because of a referral. I also contacted 3 other Contractors. Tom was not the lowest quote I received but it was the most complete and professional. I was given pages of previous completed roofing jobs with the different types of shingles and colors used on that particular roof. That helped a great deal in making my decision. The workers were very polite and professional. I am very happy with the way everything turned out and the follow ups from Tom to make sure I was happy with the job.

Tom and the crew did a great job with the roof.  They were very punctual and extremely professional.  The guys tore off the old roof, installed a ventilation hole for a bathroom vent, and installed the new roof in two days.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new roof or roof repair.  Of all of the quotes I got, Tops gave the most detailed description of what needed to be done at the most reasonable price.  Thanks guys for a great looking roof!
