Mark was at a different job site and not available. However, once Mark was here things went much better. Overall he and his crew did an excellent job, and made sure we were happy with the job. "He arrived punctually and showed me various photos of mail boxes on his smart phone and associated pricing. He subsequently went to Lowes and picked out one. Upon his return he was excited to tell me that he found a mail box cheaper than the one we agreed upon and it had a magnetic door on both ends. He dug up the old mail box and post (with a tool I was able to borrow from a neighbor), concreted in the new post and fastened the new mail box enclosure over the post. He also affixed new address numbers on the post. Looks awesome. He carted away the old post and box. A job beautifully done! He also was able to give me both a senior and military discount."
