I said absolutely and I have heard nothing back from them. So my decision to go with another contractor was an easy decision"

"We needed our free-standing shower replaced. This included replacement of some tile outside the shower, and cosmetic repair of part of a wall in our bedroom. Big bathroom contractors like Luxury Bath told us we would have to get separate contractors for each of those projects. Bob took care of everything. In addition, it turned out that our shower was not a standard size and required a custom design. Bob handled this as well. Due to this, the project lasted longer than initially expected as the shower glass had to be specially ordered. However, we now have a rain-drop glass shower with rain shower head and hand-held sprayer that blends in with our existing master bath. Bob's tile work is beautiful. We got the shelf in the shower we wanted as well as our choice of tile and design (Bob met me at a tile store of my choosing to pick out the tiles for the entire project). Importantly, Bob kept within the budget agreed upon. He consulted with us throughout the project so we were always aware of where things stood and understood when the project was delayed."

"After having a contractor walk out on me without finishing the job I dealt with this hideous stair case. That was up until I met Phillip! I found him on Angi & within just a few days he was able to come and evaluate the work that I needed. Not only on the stair case but other unfinished project in just 2 days he completely flipped my home. Mounted my TV, installed new baseboard and trim, finished my flooring (also redoing the questionable DIY areas I did myself) and gave me this beautiful stairs case. "It isn't easy to find subcontractors who will work with owner-builders. Not only did Nate work with us, but went above and beyond: repairing finished corners that cracked due to settling problems, and using more advanced finish products to fix mistakes made by us, the builders. Took longer than expected but that did not throw us off schedule, and in any case Nate fixed a plaster failure in the house we were leaving for FREE "because I said it would be done by labor day and it wasn't". THAT is standing behind your work. His plaster work is as good as his drywall/finish work.

"There were some glitches on my part. I didn't realize that the fans required single pole switches. The timer I purchased was a single pole and wouldn't work with the existing configuration. While they started working I ran back to Home Depot and returned the timer and bought the new switches that I needed. Also, the ceiling fan in my son's room required a 60 watt light bulb which I purchased during my return trip. The Home Depot lighting expert directed me to Schadler electric for the correct timer. I returned home with the correct parts and they finished all the jobs as promised and did not charge me anything for the extra time. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that gesture....so seldom found in today's world. I walked through my house and checked each item to make sure it was done correctly before they left my home. Everything checked out perfectly. Honestly, I have been wanting to get these things done for years. My beloved husband passed away 18 months ago and some of these items have needed attention since before he was alive. It is such a good feeling to find a trustworthy contractor especially when they have access to your home's interior. I am fairly certain that you will have that "best present I ever received" feeling like me."
