David was very helpful and answered all my questions as I went through with him in my pre-purchase home inspection. He was able to identify safety hazards that I would not have noticed myself. His services were very affordable compared to others I had been quoted for. For radon inspection, he works with a different company, which had low levels of communication, but completed the job in the time required.

Beside being a top quality inspector, his willingness to go out of his way when it comes to communicating with you, paperwork and getting results submitted in a timely manner was something we don't see as often these days.

He refused to go on the roof to do an inspection Although I like the gentleman he was less than thorough in his home inspection and missed some issues

His prices were a little higher than my other quotes, but I chose him because of the feeling I got when speaking to him.
