"After having a contractor walk out on me without finishing the job I dealt with this hideous stair case. That was up until I met Phillip! I found him on Angi & within just a few days he was able to come and evaluate the work that I needed. Not only on the stair case but other unfinished project in just 2 days he completely flipped my home. Mounted my TV, installed new baseboard and trim, finished my flooring (also redoing the questionable DIY areas I did myself) and gave me this beautiful stairs case. "I got a call the same day as I purchased the deal. They were able to come over the same day which was nice. I had issues with some small space heaters blowing the main breaker which made absolutely no sense to me. The breaker was recently inspected by Fairfax county after a renovation that was recently done which makes me wonder how closely the county actually looked at the work (they also missed the fact that the guy didn't put a p-trap in the new bathtub drain). Jake showed up early which was nice and immediately asked if I wanted him to take his shoes off (nice gesture). He understood exactly what I was telling him- he opened up the box and immediately figured out what the issue was - stuff not being tight and too much exposed wire on one of the main hot lines. He knocked it all out in about 20 mins which saved me some money. I can think of several things that another less honest company could have pushed me to buy, but Jake just did what needed to be done. The problem I had is now gone. I told my contractor not to make these mistakes at other houses that he does. Now, I'm not sure if I should send a note to the Fairfax county asking why their inspector didn't tell my contractor to correct this. Another note - the website that they have is really nice. It is so simple, and a lot of services that they do are priced out - you can buy them right up front. I'm not sure why other companies don't make things simple like this. They are 100% digital, too. To pay for the service, I just swiped my cart on the phone and signed. There wasn't any old paper invoices where you rip off the top copy and have this nasty looking pink paper lying around the house. They sent me a text receipt and email. As a tech worker, I thought it was cool how they used square.. it's really simple and easy."

"I have to say from the first time I met Alex I knew he was going to get my business. He was the only professional and friendly contractor that respected my home enough to take off his shoes upon entering. We sat down and went over the bathroom renovation project in detail and he stated he would get me an estimate in a couple days. The estimate came and I was very pleased. It had everything we discussed, but I reached out to Alex with questions. He promptly got back and answered all of them, which put my mind at ease. One of the major questions was am able to buy my own items/materials. He agreed and adjusted the estimate pricing accordingly. I signed the contract and begin buying my dream bathroom items.
    When it came closer to my project date, Alex brought the team over to my house to meet me and view the bathroom. We agreed on a time and the morning of the project they were there bright and early. The demo started and I began my journey to my dream bathroom. Everyday during the project, Alex communicated with me whether it was on site, phone call, and/or email. He made sure to tell all of his team members to remove their shoes when entering my house. At the end of the day the team would clean up and put their tools away. Due to unforeseen circumstances the project took longer than estimated time but it was definitely worth it. The team was very devoted and worked 14 hour days including weekends and a holiday to try to get back on schedule. This company definitely lived up to it's name "24/7 Remodeling". Alex and the team let me know of any issues encountered, so I always knew what was going on and could make the appropriate decisions. He handled every minor detail down to the finish of the vanity sink drain. Alex went above and beyond with clean up once the project was complete.
    I have heard many horror contractor stories but I can honestly say this was a pleasant experience. The work looks great and comes with a one year warranty. I would highly recommend 24/7 Remodeling for any renovation project for the home. I have really enjoyed working with Alex and the team and hope to have them work on my half bathroom in the very near future.
