"Outstanding!  Not only did they do a great job of painting, but their restoration and wood replacement found and repaired a severe negligence made by the original builder!
We initially contracted for minimal wood replacement, caulking and double coat paint for the front of the cedar home.  We have leakage around the first floor front windows, and wanted the front (western exposure) resealed with paint and some caulking.  After power washing, I had them come out and see the 'chunkles' that had come out of some of the cedar boards.  Terry, the owner confirmed we had weather worn cedar, but it was T&C and a single plank could not be replaced correctly. I went with his recommendation to replace the beams running on the sides of the windows, plank across the top of the garage and they could restore the 'chunkles' and protect the existing wood.  I knew the best remedy was to get the whole front redone, but we had windows to replace in the Spring.
When they removed the wood on the side of windows it revealed big gaping spaces and gaps that were left open by the builder and just covered by a decorative exterior board!  The building even took small irregular pieces of wood and just hammered them into a couple of the gaps...you saw the back of insulation.  No wonder we had been cold every winter for the last 27 years!
They not only foam insulated all the gaps, but treated the frayed wood with hardner, caulked like crazy, primed and put two coats on the front...including all doors, railings, etc.
It is beautiful and its WARM now!   Excellent crew, very diligent about cleanup and super professional.
