"We had three trees with questions about their conditions. We ended up having two of the three trees removed in the third trimmed. Falling Timbers came out and discussed in depth about what branches on our redbud could and should be removed and why we didn’t need to have the entire tree removed. Of the two trees in our front yard, one was completely dead and the other was overgrown, but was beyond the point of being trimmed. We had the two front yard trees removed, and the stumps drilled down, although not removed. The redbud was trimmed. Everything was completed as discussed ahead of time. The pricing was very reasonable. The staff is very courteous, reliable, efficient and professional. I am very satisfied with with the service we received. Highly recommend recommended."
