A.R.T. did a great job for us from quote to final cleanup. They were on time, very neat, and did excellent work. Adam Trinciante was very good about communicating via email about scheduling, and several changes that we made regarding which items would be included in the contract. When he found one of the dormers was unpaintable due to rot, he discussed repair options and costs with us and did a nice job of rebuilding the rotted part, so that the dormer could be painted. I felt the pricing was fair based on the quality of the work and the fact that they had to deal with our slate roof and some awkward areas that were in pretty bad shape. I would highly recommend them.

Terrific! I needed to get my work done in preparation for a big graduation party. Adam was very prompt with his professional bid and contract and was able to start the work a few days earlier than scheduled. His crew was very nice and did a beautiful job.

They arrived on time one day and called to let me know they were stuck in traffic the other with an ETA. Very professional and friendly. The guys did a great job painting.

It went great. In the spring we got 5 bids. ART was not the highest nor lowest, but we felt their price was fair. We were not in a hurry so Adam put us on his schedule for Aug. 22nd. He showed up Aug. 22nd. He called us about a week prior to that. His crew worked diligently. When they found rotted wood trim, they brought it to our attention and we asked them to replace it. They did very nice trim work. At the end of the job, Adam asked us to go around the house to see if there was anything we wanted them to touch up. If we saw anything, they did it happily.

Adam and his team did GREAT work for us.  They repaired drywall (walls and textured ceilings), painted entire rooms, caulked and touched up additional areas.  They also do kitchen remodeling so we had them install some appliances for us (fraction of the cost of the local big box store).  They were professional, friendly, high quality, responsive to changes in the schedule (and the task list) and very reasonably priced.  When the old paint can turned out to be a slightly different shade than the walls, Adam and his guys identified the correct color and worked with the paint store to get the paint that matched.  I would hire them again to do kitchen remodeling, painting, or drywall. 

The job went very well.  Adam and his two full-time employees (not sub-contractors) were on-time, professional, did great quality work, and finished according to plan.  My husband and I were very satisfied with their finished work.

The decorative finish exceeded our expectations. My side porch area is about 200 sq feet and I decided to go with ART after getting an estimate and seeing  the color and texture options. I have a 1950's style ranch and didn't want to spend thousands on a new concrete pad. Out only regret is that we didn't do this sooner. Looks fantastic!

I thought Adam and his crew did an excellent job.  He kept in touch and let me know days it was raining and they wouldn't be out.  They got the job done, and made sure we were happy and pleased with everything, coming back to make any touch ups as needed.  I have so far gotten compliments on the house and the nice work they did.  
I would definitely look to hire them again in the future.

We had a back splash installed in our kitchen that my wife wanted to be "Italian-looking" tile with accent pieces added throughout. Adam was instrumental in assisting us with the tile-type selection, and gave us advice on where to buy the tile.  Adam did a good job of measuring the job as there was very little waste.  It took several days to install as there was alot of detail work (I.e. cutting). Adam arrived on time every day that he was scheduled.  Adam was diligent in making sure that the area was clean when finished for the day.  Needless to say, my wife is overjoyed with the result that Adam was able to achieve.  This is the 3rd project that Adam and his crew have completed at our home, and we would definately recommend him to any of our family or friends. 

Adam and his crew arrived everyday when scheduled, were on time and worked through each day completely.  He and his crew were professional and courteous.  They carefully moved furniture and covered everything in plastic where they were working.  The patchwork was done very well and yielded great results when the painting was complete.  The crew's skills were obvious in how they carried out their job, and the resulting quality was very good.  At the end of the day, the crew cleaned-up thoroughly before they left.  This is the 2nd major painting job that ART Industries has done for us, and I would highly recommend them to any family and friends.

There were no problems with the contract negotiations, execution, and follow-up.  Excellent contractor that I would certainly higher again if needed..  We were very satisfied.  There were some weather related delays as their was a lot of rain.

EXCELLENT JOB!  Adam, the owner, and a helper arrived promptly and completed the project in a day and a half.  Adam will personally follow-up to recolor and reseal a few of grout line spots after another contractor installs a patio railing.  I was impressed with the processes used in the overlay and the skill of Adam.

They did a really good job. The painters cleaned up after themselves.

I recently purchased a new home and wanted to have the house painted before we moved in. Further, we were moving from out of state, so most of the communication occurred via e-mail and phone calls. We obtained quotes from three service providers.
Adam was very responsive to my request on Angie's List. My availability to meet with Adam was limited, as I was only in town for one weekend to meet with the various contractors. Adam arrived at the apointment on-time, and spent some time discussing options with my wife and I.  As part of the project, we wanted to have an eproxy finish applied to the garage floor.  While the other contractors simply said that we would need to wait until spring for it to be warmer, Adam offered a different solution that allowed us to finish the floor prior to moving into the house.
As it relates to the quote, Adam provided a quote that was between the other two; however, I decided to go with him due to his responsiveness and professionalism. Also, knowing that the work would have to be done unsupervised (i.e., while we were out of state), I felt most comfortable having Adam and his team access the house while we were away.
It took Adam and his team about a week and a half to complete the job. Since we could not be there on site, Adam sent periodic status pictures so we could see how the work was progressing. The finished product looks great and the team did a great job keeping the site clean (e.g., there were no drip marks on the trim, floors, or cabinetry.) 
Its also important to note that I had a trim contractor in the house during the same period of time to install a coffered ceiling in the family room. Adam did a great job of working with the other contractor to coordinate schedules. I appreciated that the two teams were able to manage the details among themselves.  Adam also showed great flexibility being able to start the job, stop while the trim contractors were on-site, and then come back to finish the ceilings onces the other contractors left.
I've already ask Adam about doing another little project for me.
