"Timely contact and even showed up earlier than expected for both days! Only con is slight miscommunication about process/payment options. There is a 3% charge up for credit card use that I wasn’t aware of until I had to pay. Also unable to walk on floors for a few days longer than expected (this was my first experience with refinishing floors), so our move is slightly delayed now. Regardless, due to their quality of work, would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone! My floors look beautiful and I’m very satisfied with the way they turned out!"

"They also brought in electicians and plumbers to do work that was done very well...All were personable and respectful. The work was exceptional and they cleaned up after every days work. Even when something gave issue they took care of it asap and repaired or cleaned up afterward. When they demo'd they found some very big issues (to us) and they worked with us to do the work right. We wanted more cabinetry and the old cabinets sanded and painted. They built new cabinetry and matched the old perfectly . as in photos that may have been posted ...My kitchen is my dream kitchen.
