"Timely contact and even showed up earlier than expected for both days! Only con is slight miscommunication about process/payment options. There is a 3% charge up for credit card use that I wasn’t aware of until I had to pay. Also unable to walk on floors for a few days longer than expected (this was my first experience with refinishing floors), so our move is slightly delayed now. Regardless, due to their quality of work, would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone! My floors look beautiful and I’m very satisfied with the way they turned out!"

Even when something gave issue they took care of it asap and repaired or cleaned up afterward. When they demo'd they found some very big issues (to us) and they worked with us to do the work right.
