"Timely contact and even showed up earlier than expected for both days! Only con is slight miscommunication about process/payment options. There is a 3% charge up for credit card use that I wasn’t aware of until I had to pay. Also unable to walk on floors for a few days longer than expected (this was my first experience with refinishing floors), so our move is slightly delayed now. Regardless, due to their quality of work, would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone! My floors look beautiful and I’m very satisfied with the way they turned out!"

"It went really well. The project started in August. Dave was the first guy to come and patch up the hole. Then due to realizing the roof leak had not been fixed (twice) and due to my mothers health we had to CONSTANTLY cancel and reschedule appointments. Jeanie and Michelle were never mad and always accommodated us. Jeanie always texted me as opposed to automated texts which made it so much more personal and I appreciated that. I also appreciated that a human answered the phone. There was none of this “press 1” nonsense! John was the handyman that came the last 3-4 times. He essentially did the entire job. He was always on time, knew exactly what he was doing and professional I will absolutely use this company for all my handyman needs. As far as prices go….I have no real basis for comparison so I can’t speak to that My 3 ceilings, especially the one that needed the patch work, all came out beautiful! "They also brought in electicians and plumbers to do work that was done very well...All were personable and respectful. The work was exceptional and they cleaned up after every days work. Even when something gave issue they took care of it asap and repaired or cleaned up afterward. When they demo'd they found some very big issues (to us) and they worked with us to do the work right. We wanted more cabinetry and the old cabinets sanded and painted. They built new cabinetry and matched the old perfectly . as in photos that may have been posted ...My kitchen is my dream kitchen. They also did both bathrooms and wow what beautiful rooms they are now.."
